One year warranty on whole machine/parts except the easily borken parts

Quality Warranty:

Our company will continute to supply the productw with high quality and high products raw material standards,all products before shippment all tested and guarantee their functionig for at least 18 months.

Aftersales Service:

We provide free consultation (including email, instant messaging, telephone calling, etc) about all our items, the products structure are not difficulty to assmeble, we can be able to efficiently serve and solve problems through online video conferencing,or send free spare parts for you repair ,If necessary, we can also arrange engineer (s) to give free training at your premises, you will be responsible for the cost of such travelling (i.e. air ticket, board and lodging in your country, etc.). For the machines out of warranty period and if our engineer (s) is (are) required to attend at, all the fares, accommodation cost and incidental expenses shall be borne by customer, and accordingly, USD$100 service fee shall be charged per day.
